Had a tree fall onto my car while driving down the road. Got an estimate from a collision. Center. State Farm only wants to pay half the cost of the damage. Please make sure you have everything documented when buying insurance from them. I have and pay for full coverage, but I have to pay $500 deductible , get my own rental car while in shop, plus damage is $10k and they only want to pay half that amount of the cost for the damage because I didn’t take it to their body shop. What is wrong with this, After speaking to my agent I feel it’s the county that should be at fault. I truly believe my insurance should go after Travelers insurance for the amount of damage. Travelers told me if I had sent a certified letter to county about trees being rotten they would’ve paid

Receptionist was late getting to work. Had to wait, almost left. Also very rude. Sat and clipped her finger nails and cuticles in front of me while on the call to another insurance company. The place was dirty, Christmas cards still in the window, cobwebs , dust, trash in the bathroom. The place needs a thorough cleaning. I have State Farm but not this specific place. The receptionist really did not clarify much to me or even speak to me either. I Will not go back to this Office. 👎
